Most of our sprouts are grown in a specialized, purpose-built rotating drum. Our capacity allows for the simultaneous production of up to 750 kg. We grow our microgreen products on tray stands, where we cultivate our plants over an area of more than 100 m². The production of our mung bean sprouts requires specific conditions, which is why we have invested in a new, unique technology in Hungary specifically for this purpose.
Our daily production capacity is 2000 kg. The water sorting of sprouts is a very delicate process, and for this purpose, we use specialized sprout washing equipment. The packaging is done professionally by hand, as this is the best way to preserve the quality of our products.
To preserve the high quality of our products, maintaining the proper storage temperature and refrigeration is essential. After the sprouts grow and undergo water sorting, they are stored in a cooled environment. Even after packaging the finished product, we ensure refrigerated conditions during both storage and delivery.

Brief description of the project content: As part of this development, we implemented the acquisition of new, unique green sprout production technologies to create a more competitive operational environment. With sprouting machines, high-quality, large quantities of sprouts can be produced efficiently and economically, even in relatively small spaces. The development consisted of two parts: on one hand, the expansion of the existing general sprouting technology with a rotating drum sprouter, and on the other hand, the installation of a complex mung bean sprouting system. Both machines are custom-made, as different production technological conditions are required for the variety of sprouts in the product range, and they were designed based on specifications that best meet our company's manufacturing needs and professional requirements.
