Rambo radish has a red color and strong flavor. The consumption of it helps to strengthen the muscles, improves the eyesight, has disinfectant properties and it stimulates the selection of gastric juices which helps the digestive process in the stomach, and it is also beneficial to the entire immune system. This sprout contains only a few calories approximately 15cal/100gramms, 4% protein content and app. 3% carbohydrate. We can consume th ered sango radish sprout in itself in a small amount, but it’s better with other dishes such as salads, appetizers and with other vegetables.
